Investment in Your Care
Laurel and Oak Integrative Therapy is a private-pay Telehealth practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to fully concentrate on your care without the constraints that insurance coverage can impose on treatment length, frequency, or approach. This focus on self-pay therapy ensures you receive the personalized support you need.
Self-Pay
Telehealth Initial Assessment: $250
Telehealth Individual Session: $200
As a self-pay practice, you make direct payments for each session at the time of service. This self-pay therapy model provides greater flexibility and privacy, with no restrictions on the number of sessions or the type of care you receive.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, HSA, and FSA. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Superbills & Out-of-Network Benefits
If you have out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits through your insurance plan, you may qualify for partial reimbursement for your sessions. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt including the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company requires to process a reimbursement claim.
To understand your plan's coverage, we recommend calling the member services number on the reverse of your insurance card to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rate for outpatient psychotherapy.
Please keep in mind that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is fully dependent on your insurance plan. We're here to address any questions you may have about the superbill process.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the anticipated cost of your care. We will provide this estimate before your initial appointment and can furnish it upon request at any time.
If you have questions about fees or payment, we’re glad to discuss them with you before you schedule.
