Long before she became a therapist, Kaitlin Diaz was drawn to the kind of work that happens between people: the quiet, courageous work of being honest about what hurts and what you hope for. Mission trips to Costa Rica in her early years deepened that pull, showing her that meaningful change happens in intimate, trusting relationships.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kaitlin Diaz has spent years walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults through some of life's most tender chapters, from everyday anxiety and stress to deeper questions of identity, purpose, and healing.
Her practice is integrative by design. Rather than fitting clients into a single framework, she draws from a thoughtful blend of evidence-based therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, yoga-based movement, and practical self-care tools, always guided by what feels right for the person in front of her.
Outside of sessions, Kaitlin finds her own grounding in family, yoga, and time spent outdoors. She believes that the same presence and intentionality she brings to therapy begins with how she lives her own life.
Kaitlin holds her LCSW in Connecticut and New Jersey.
